Carlton Baldwin, CRNP, FNP. Carlton is a nurse practitioner at Southeast Health Westgate Clinic. Carlton joined Southeast Health in 2016. Carlton received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in Troy. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from University of South Alabama in Mobile.
