Carlton has more than 16 years of experience in treating families as a nurse practitioner in the Wiregrass. He began his career as a Patient Care Assistant in 1991 at Southeast Health. He continued to grow professionally and served as an assistant head nurse on 4-East at Southeast Health from 1994 to 2001. He received his Associate Degree in Nursing from Wallace College in Dothan in 1994. He then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Troy University in Troy in 1998. He earned his Master’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2001. Prior to joining our team in 2016, he served as a nurse practitioner at Dothan Medical Associates and First Med of Elba.
