More about our Teenage Volunteer (TAV) Program
The Teenage Volunteer Program offers high school students a meaningful opportunity to explore healthcare careers while giving back to their community. Designed for students in grades 10 through 12, the TAV program provides hands-on exposure to healthcare career while developing skills that last a lifetime.
Participating in the TAV program offers numerous personal, academic, and career benefits, including:
- Opportunities to learn essential skills and gain real world experience
- The chance to build new friendships and work as part of a team
- Earn volunteer hours to support school, resume, and college applications
- Eligibility for exclusive college scholarships for senior TAVs

How to Get Started Volunteering
Complete a brief online application and we will schedule an interview to learn more about your interests. If volunteering feels like a good fit, you will complete the required screenings, including a background check, drug test, and TB skin test, along with orientation, and training.
