Hollie B. Crutchfield, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice provider that received her Bachelor and Master in Nursing from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. In 2001, she received her Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Troy University and subsequently received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2009 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama.
In collaboration with the physicians at Southeast Health Cardiology, Hollie works to help patients prevent a wide range of cardiovascular issues and strives to help them live their healthiest lives.
