Emma Middleton, CRNP, FNP. Emma is a nurse practitioner at Southeast Health Westgate Clinic. Emma joined Southeast Health in 2019. In collaboration with the physicians at Southeast Health Westgate Clinic, Emma works to help diagnosing and treating of acute and chronic illnesses.
