Our Services

The Southeast Health ACOM Taylor Clinic is an academic clinic, providing primary care services and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), while educating medical students through hands-on patient experiences in a rural setting. This teaching environment offers patients a nurturing, team-based and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Patients will be seen by medical students when they are on rotation at the clinic and an ACOM faculty member or an advanced practice provider.

We are committed to delivering quality care for pediatric and adult patients. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, we offer health screenings and preventative counseling to promote wellness. We will coordinate all aspects of your care and refer you to a specialist when necessary.

We offer:
• Primary care for children and adults
• Wellness, physicals and screenings
• Family care and geriatrics
• Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
• Treatment for colds, flu and allergies
• Advice on fitness, nutrition and weight loss
