Dr. McCurdy joins the Southeast Health Cardiovascular Institute

Southeast Health is pleased to announce Matthew C. McCurdy, DO, MS, interventional cardiologist, is joining the Southeast Health Cardiovascular Institute at 102 Doctors Drive. Dr. McCurdy is board certified in internal medicine and nuclear cardiology.

Dr. McCurdy, an Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) graduate, comes to Southeast Health Medical Center from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Bowling Green, Kentucky where he completed his fellowship in interventional cardiology.

Dr. McCurdy received his Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry, as well as his master of science in molecular biology from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Upon earning his medical degree from ACOM, Dr. McCurdy completed his internal medicine residency and his fellowship in cardiovascular disease from the University Of Kentucky College Of Medicine in Bowling Green.
