Southeast Health Medical Center Clinic is a residency-run outpatient clinic where some of the brightest new physicians will provide comprehensive patient care. The care of patients is coordinated through clinic medical director Juanita Heersink, MD, Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. The Medical Center Clinic is in the Southeast Health Medical Group, which is the region’s largest network of primary care and specialty care clinics.
At Southeast Health’s Medical Center Clinic, we are committed to delivering quality family medicine, internal medicine and geriatric medicine to our patients. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, we offer health screenings and preventative counseling to promote wellness. We will coordinate all aspects of your care and refer you to a specialist when necessary. We will work with you to achieve the best possible medical outcome in the most cost-effective manner.
