Greg Gibson, DO, joined the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Internal Medicine Residency Program as Medical Director for its Internal Medicine Clinic located at Southeast Health Medical Center Clinic

Dr. Gibson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Warren, Ohio. He is board-certified by the American College of Osteopathic Internists. A Dothan native and graduate of Dothan High School, Dr. Gibson completed his general studies at Wallace Community College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-professional Biology from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL prior to pursuing medical school.

Dr. Gibson joined the Southeast Health Medical Group from the private practice setting where he practiced internal medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys photography and spending time with his family.

Preparing for your appointment

To ensure all patients receive a thorough evaluation and the best care in a timely manner, we kindly request that you bring the following on the day of your appointment:

  • Insurance ID cards
  • Identification card, driver’s license or government ID
  • Co-payment or pre-payment
  • X-rays, MRI images, and other diagnostic imaging films or discs
  • Medication list (please be sure to include the dosage and instructions)

We kindly ask that new patients arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time and that established patients arrive 15 minutes prior.
