Southeast Alabama Medical Center (SAMC) is pleased to welcome Mary L. Pippin, MD, family medicine, to First Med of Dothan.

Dr. Pippin comes to First Med after spending two years practicing at Enterprise Medical Clinic. Both First Med and Enterprise Medical Clinic are part of SAMC’s family of primary care and specialty clinics in Southeast Alabama Medical Group.

Dr. Pippin is board certified in family medicine and she offers a full spectrum of family medicine including pediatrics, geriatrics, women’s health and minor surgical procedures. She is accepting new patients of all ages and looks forward to serving your family’s medical needs.

Dr. Pippin, a Gainesville, Florida native, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She earned her medical degree at the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee. Her Family Medicine residency was completed at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

In her spare time, Dr. Pippin enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching college football and relaxing on the beach.
