Dr. Hovey completed his residency and internship in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama Hospital Systems in Mobile, Alabama. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and Microbiology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
