Sheyenne Smith, CRNP, is an advanced practice provider dual certified as a family medicine nurse practitioner and adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama.
In collaboration with the physicians at Southeast Health Neurosciences, Sheyenne works to help patients prevent and treat a wide range of diseases/disorders of the brain, spinal cord and spinal column, and peripheral nerves. In her role, she strives to help patients live their healthiest lives.
