Welcome to Southeast Health Orientation for Volunteers, Students, Instructors and Contract Personnel.
Please complete the following steps:
- Print the Hospital Orientation Exam (click here) and Acknowledgement forms (click here).
- Read the PowerPoint (click here).
- Use the information from the PowerPoint to answer the questions on the Hospital Orientation Exam. Must score 100%.
- Read the Acknowledgement form and sign with your full legal name.
- Send the Hospital Orientation Exam and Acknowledgement form to Organizational Development.
